DESCRIPTION:BFUU is offering a donation based 4-week program\, Change Made 
 Easier: Simple Steps\, Big Change\, facilitated by BFUU member Sumi Hoshik
 o\, designed to help people make changes in their lives.\nMost of us have 
 something we’ve wanted to do\, that we feel is important\, but we don’
 t make progress or even start! Maybe you’ve been considering a transitio
 n in your life or weighing a decision.\nMaybe it’s a project you’ve wa
 nted to start\, or unrealized dreams still in your heart?\nAre you always 
 feeling hurried and at times overwhelmed and are seeking more ease or bala
 nce in life?\nMaybe you’re wanting to make a more internal shift\, in yo
 ur relationship with others\, or even with yourself? Wherever you are in y
 our life journey\, any of us may feel we would like to bring more intentio
 nality to our life choices\, to bring in even more joy\, happiness and ful
 fillment to our lives and relationships!\nChange Made Easier is an alterna
 tive method to achieve change and personal growth that is simpler\, more a
 ction-oriented\, faster\, and therefore more effective than typical method
 s. Traditional approaches are passive - self-help books or motivational se
 minars can inspire briefly\, but aren’t long lasting. This program will 
 not be lectures about what you should do\, but will provide tools\, space 
 and support for you to start making the change that you want for your life
