 ple Steps\, Big Change! again this spring\, now with the Alameda Unitarian
  Fellowship and invitation to other congregations. The 4-week class is des
 igned to help people make changes in their lives.\n\nWherever you are in y
 our life journey\, any of us may feel we would like to bring more intentio
 nality to our life choices\, to bring in even more joy\, happiness and ful
 filment to our lives and relationships!\n\nChange Made Easier is an altern
 ative method to achieve change and personal growth that is simpler\, more 
 action-oriented\, faster\, and more effective than typical methods such as
  self-help books or seminars which briefly inspire us\, but then we are le
 ft on our own. This 4-week program will not lecture you about what to do\,
  but will provide tools\, space and support for you to start making the ch
 ange that you want for your life – and have fun in the process! Whether 
 you’re pursuing professional or project goals\, or personal well-being\,
  Change Made Easier provides not just the tools\, but also the support you
