Calm in Chaos

We are living in a time of Chaos. Daily reports of violence and corruption wound our souls and challenge our sense of identity as citizens of a Democracy. So we resist. To sustain that resistance, we need to tend to ourselves, our deepest selves that can retain some sense of peace, joy, and appreciation of life.

We will join together in creating beauty via the construction of Mandalas from natural materials. The Mandala is a powerful symbol in many cultures – oneness with the Universe, Harmony, balance, and healing. Materials for the activity will be provided, but all are welcome to bring something they would like to include, small twigs, pebbles, flower petals, shells.
