NOTE: Sunday services now start half an hour later at 11am
The meaning of many of our society’s religious and national symbols has recently been turned upside down or ignored. It’s up to us to be aware of this trickery and to defend the value symbols like the Statue of Liberty represent to our nation and ourselves. Jim Freschi wrote this homily, but due to issues with his voice, his friend and fellow Live Oak member, Jay Roller, will present it.
